Uploading sales calls

Uploading sales calls to SalesLens is simple and easy. First, you need to sign in to your SalesLens account and navigate to the Upload Page from Reports tab. From there, you can drag and drop your files into the uploader or select them manually from your device.

Basic audio length limit

The basic limit for a call is 10 minutes, so if your call is longer than that, it will be automatically cut at the 10-minute mark. However, if you need to analyze longer calls, you can ask our support an upgrade to a Custom plan.

Group of questions

When uploading your sales calls, you can choose to analyze them with a specific group of questions. You can use different groups of questions to analyze different types of calls. By selecting a group of questions, you can focus your analysis on the areas that matter most to your team.


Employee selector

You can specify the employee who made the call so that you can then filter sales calls by employee. This feature is especially useful if you have a large sales team and want to compare the performance of different team members. By filtering your sales calls by employee, you can quickly identify strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted feedback and coaching.

Uploading Video Files

Finally, if you have video recordings of your sales calls, you can upload them to SalesLens as well.
