However, like any software, SalesLens may encounter errors or technical glitches that can prevent you from generating the reports you need.
One common issue you may encounter is a failed status when attempting to create a sales call analysis report. When this happens, you will see a failed status badge on the report status, indicating that the report analytics have failed for some reason. It's important to note that reports with a failed status will not count towards your total used reports number.
There are a few reasons why a sales call analysis report may fail to generate. One possibility is that there may be temporary technical glitches, such as the AI servers being on a high load and unable to respond fast enough. If this is the case, you may be able to resolve the issue simply by re-uploading the report little bit later.
