Getting Started with Personal Zapier Accounts:
Sales agents should sign up for their own Zapier accounts, leveraging the free tier offering up to 100 zaps per month.
Creating Personalized Zaps:
Agents initiate the creation of a new Zap within their Zapier dashboard, connecting their Google Drive with SalesLens
Setting up the Trigger:
Agents select Google Drive as the trigger app and specify "New File in Folder" to activate the Zap upon adding a Meet recording to their designated Google Drive folder.
They connect their Google Drive account to Zapier, ensuring seamless access to their recordings. For successful integration, the agent must already have at least one entry in the "Meet Recordings" folder on Google Drive
Agents connect a folder named "Meet Recordings" in their Google Drive and grant Editor access to everyone in the share folder settings. This ensures that SalesLens can seamlessly access and transfer the recordings.
Setting up the Action:
Agents integrate SalesLens as the action app, selecting "Upload conversation" to transfer data for analysis.
They connect their SalesLens account to Zapier, facilitating effortless data transfer customized to their analysis requirements.
Within SalesLens, agents must complete additional fields:
