To send call recordings from SmrtPhone to SalesLens, you only need to follow 3 steps:

1) Go to Apps -> SmrtPhone in your SalesLens account (available only for admin user), copy "YOUR EXTERNAL SYSTEM ADDRESS" to the Webhook URL for "Call Completed" events in SmrtPhone Webhooks settings.

2) Copy the API TOKEN from SmrtPhone to the API TOKEN in Apps -> SmrtPhone on your SalesLens account.

3) For each sales agent, copy the "Username" from SmrtPhone to the SalesLens agent settings "EMPLOYEE'S EXTERNAL ID USED IN API REQUESTS". This is how SalesLens will determine which user the call belongs to.
